Stairs: All living spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs will be required during your stay. Starter Kit: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with essential items. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to restock supplies. Included in the starter kit: ✔️ 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom ✔️ 1 travel-size shampoo & conditioner per bathroom ✔️ 1 hand soap per bathroom ✔️ 3 trash bags ✔️ 1 dish soap ✔️ 1 sponge ✔️ 3 dishwasher pods ✔️ 3 laundry pods ✔️ 1 roll of paper towels ✔️ Coffee & sugar Hurricane Season: Galveston’s hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. While direct impact is rare, storms can disrupt travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering natural disasters, cancellations, or delays. Refunds for weather-related issues are only provided if a local evacuation order is issued. Guest Verification: For the safety of all guests, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID after booking. This is for verification purposes only. Additional Guests: If extra guests are found staying on the property without prior approval, a $50 per person, per night fee will apply. Reservations may also be subject to cancellation through Airbnb for violating house rules. Check-in / Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is available for $50 per hour. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 small pets (25 lbs or under each) with prior approval.
